Voraussetzung:

Requirements

  • Be a minimum of 16 years old
  • Physiological and Psychological fitness
  • Ability level (Easy climbing with mountaineering boots UIAA IV and firnice and ice up to 60 degrees).
  • Rope technique: overhand knot, clove hitch, munter hitch, figure 8, prusik, lark´s foot
  • Be in good shape: ascents over 1000m in altitude in 3 hours without signs of exhaustion
